Family Cemeteries
Cemeteries in the United States usually developed through one of three means: by the local Church, by the
Town itself, or by a Family. For years many families lived far from town, and simply buried their relatives somewhere
on their farm property. Many of the wealthier families often donated acreage to the town for cemetery purposes.
We've gone through the entire Cemetery Junction database and isolated these family cemeteries. This new
database is now online and searchable by surname.
